High-precision Calibration Method for Trackside Pantograph On—line Monitoring System

Abstract:Toaddresstheissue of increasing thickness ofthe carbonslide plate during the online system detection before andaftertrain operation,a high-precision calibration methodis proposed.Avision system model is established,and related parameters are solved.Acamera calibrationmethod basedonsub一pixel coordinatesand closed—lop constraint model is proposed toresolve large eror in the traditional ZHANG's calibration method.According tothe gradient information of the image,the sub一pixel coordinates of the circlecenter of the calibration plate are extracted by BAZEN method,anda closed-loopconstraint model isconstructedastheresidual error modelof theLMalgorithm tooptimize thecalibration parameters.The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the camera calibration accuracy by about one time,and provides high一precision camera parameters for subsequent measurements.

0 引言

人员使用游标卡尺来测量受电弓碳滑板的厚度值,因其测量位置通过肉眼观察进行判断,故测量结果受主观因素影响,存在较大误差[4]]
