A Planning Method for Automotive Door Assembly Line Based on Diversified Production Scenarios

Abstract:Asthefinalstage of the four majorautomotive processes,final asembly is influenced bymanyfactors.The designof the production line needs to consider diverse scenarios and functions to adapt to dynamic adjustments in production.Thecardoorassembly line operation is both independentof the main assembly lineand closelyrelated.Based onitscharacteristics,this article discusses the planning principlesof the production line,rhythmcalculation,calculation of thenumberofcardoor hangers,typical productionscenarios,andimplementation methodsoffunctions.Theflexibility of the cardoor assembly line has ben significantlyimproved,providing areference for the design and planningof thecar door assembly line.
