Analysis on the Integration Path of Ideological and Political Education and Employment-Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

AbstractInthe new era，universities shoulder the misionofcultivating high-qualitytalents withbothmoral integrityand professonal competence.Theorganic integrationofideologicalandpoliticaleducation inuniversities with employmentand entrepreneurship education has become a key entry point for deepening educational reform and innovating talent training models.The article systematically explores the inherent compatibility between ideological and political education and employment and entrepreneurshipeducation，basedon the gudance ofnational education policiesand theactual stuationof highereducationand teaching.Italsodeplyanalyzes theimportantroleplayedbythe integrationof thetwo in value guidance，abilitycultivation，andsocialservices.Atthesame time，thearticle proposesafusionstrategythatcovers four levels： urriculum system， teaching mode，evaluation mechanism，and resource integration， in order to provide practical solutions for the reform of talent cultivation in universities in the new era.
