Research on the Influence Mechanism of Peer Monitoring in Autonomous Learning of College English Viewing Listening and Speaking

AbstractBased on the practical problems oflow efficiency, weak leaming abilityand poor persistence of learning motivation in autonomous learning ofcollege English, this article attempts to intervene inper monitoring supported by teachers during students'autonomous learning of "college English listening,speaking,and listening".Through mixed research and action research methods, the positive impact of peer monitoring on autonomous learning of college Englishaudio-visual speaking is verified,and its impact mechanism onautonomous learning ofcollege English listening,speaking,andlistening isanalyzed.Atthe endofthe article,thelimitations ofthis studyandthedevelopment direction of future research are pointed out.
