Exploration of Talent Cultivation Path for Preschool Education Major in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Integration of "Post Curriculum Competition Certificate"

AbstractAgainst the backdropofhigh-qualitydevelopmentinhigher vocationaleducation,preschooleducation majors need to explore the "Post Curiculum Competition Certification" integrated talent training model to enhance students' practical abilities and professional literacy.From the perspective of "Post Curriculum Competition Certification" integration,thisarticleaddresses the problems existing inpreschool educationmajors ofhighervocational education,such as the insuficientconnectionbetween "curriculaandposts","curriculaandcompetitions",and the inadequate integration of "curricula and certifications". It proposes paths including mapping post competency frameworks,building a competition-education transformation platform, implementing the 1+X Credit Bank system, and establishing a four-party collaborative platform,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of professional talent cultivation.
