AbstractWiththevigorousdevelopmentofthedigitaleconomy，thedemandforaccountingtalents inenterpriseshas shifted from traditional accounting oriented to management and decision-making oriented needs that master big data application technology.The article focuses onthe integration of industry and education，with a focus on the big data andaccounting majors in five-year vocationalcolleges.Byanalyzingthenewdemands foraccounting talentcultivation in the new era，it points out the problems existing in current talent cultivation. Based on the reform practice of Wuxi Lixin Higher Vocational School，optimizationstrategies are proposed from the aspects ofdeepening school enterprise cooperation，strengthening practical teaching，enhancing teacher training，andimproving evaluation systems，providing certain reference for similar schools.
