Research on Segmented Teaching of "Micro-Lecture + Operation Demonstration" in Secondary Vocational Electrician and Electronics Training

AbstractWith theincreasingdemand for practicalskils training invocational education,vocational electricaland electronic training teachingisfacing limitationsand challenges from traditional models.Intraditionalteaching,the instantaeous natureof demonstrationoperations,the dilemmaoflargeclass guidance,andthe disconnectionbetween theoryand practice haveconstrainedthe eficiencyof students'skillaquisition.Basedonthe theoryofskillearning stages,this article proposes asegmented teaching modelof "micro lessons+operational demonstrations".Through the integrationoffragmentedmicrolesonsandvisualoperationaldemonstrations,itbreaksthroughthe limitationsoftime and space,reduces learningdificulty,and implements hierarchical teaching in three stages:basic cognition,skil formation,and comprehensiveapplication.Practice hasshown thatthis modelcaneffectively enhance students' masteryofoperationalskilsand problem-solvingabilities,providingareplicable theoreticalframeworkandpractical path for the reform of vocational electrical and electronic training teaching.
