AbstractIn the academic context of increasing complexity of scientific isses and the dissolution of disciplinary bariers,iterdisciplinarycooperation has become an important aspectof graduate studenttraining.Basedonquestionaire survey data,this study explores the application value ofMultidisciplinary Open Seminars (MOS) in medical graduate studentcapabilitytraining.Through asurveyanalysis of70 medical graduate students and their mentors,it was found thatMOS has a significant effect on improving graduate students'interdisciplinaryresearch capabilities,inovative thinking, and academic performance. Simultaneously, MOS can promote resource sharing and cooperation among disciplines,enhance team cohesion,and provide a broader academic perspective for graduate students. However, the implementation of MOS stillfaces some challenges. Based on this,the study proposes optimization strategies and a multi-dimensional evaluation system, providing an operable theoretical basis and practical paradigm for medical education innovation.
