A Case Study of Wuxi Finance and Economics Vocational Education Group

AbstractUnder the digital wave triggered by new generation technologies such as cloud computing，big data，and artificialintelligence，thebusiness operationmode has undergone tremendous changes，andthe financialfieldis facing systematic innovation， which puts forward new requirements for the training offinancial talents. Vocational colleges urgently need to depen the integration of industryand education.Thearticle takes Wuxi Finance and Economics Vocational Education Group as an example to condense the modelof vocational education industry education integration，analyze typicalcases and achievements of vocational education industryeducation integration practice， in order to provide a new paradigm of industry education integration for similar vocational coleges and improve the quality of vocational education talent cultivation.

2023年6月，国家发展改革委等八部门印发的《职业教育产教融合赋能提升行动实施方案（2023一2025年）》强调，“坚持以教促产、以产助教，不断延伸教育链、服务产业链、支撑供应链、打造人才链、提升价值链，加快形成产教良性互动、校企优势互补的产教深度融合发展格局”。（剩余4177字）
