AbstractIn the macro environment of continuously strengthening employment orientation and accelerating industrial structureupgrading，itisurgent toestablishanintegrated management systemthatislogicallyconnected，inforation exchanged，and goal coordinated between the professonal setings，talent training programs，and employmentservices within universities.Thearticle analyzes the current situation ofcolegeenrollment，talent cultivation，and graduate employment， as wellas the significance of building an "enrollment-cultivation-employment" linkage management mechanism.It proposes toscientificallycoordinate the enrollmentlayout，reshape thelogicof the training system，and strengthen the eficiencyof employment and education，in order to promote the integrated developmentof college enrollment-cultivation-employment，and thus construct a new patern of modem higher education governance with foresight， openness， and adaptability.
