Research on Functional Transformation of University Libraries from the Perspective of Intelligent Services

AbstractUnder the dualimpetus of technological advancement and evolving service demands，university libraries are undergoing profoundtransformation.This article adopts an intellgentservice perspectivetoanalyzethe internallogic and practical conditions of library functional transformation.First， it systematically examines thebackground and driving forces of intellgent transformation，interpreting them from threedimensions：technological progress，shifts in user behavior，andtherestructuringofuniversityknowledgeecosystems.Second，bydissctingkeychallengesincurrent university libraries such assystemarchitecture，service models，staffing structures，and user engagement mechanisms，it reveals the structural obstacles faced during this transformation.Finally，the study proposes optimization strategies including platform unification，service reconstruction，talent upgrading，and user perception enhancement，aiming to establish a transformative framework with adaptability and practical feasibility.
