Construction of Talent Cultivation Mode for Vocational Surveying and Mapping Major Driven by New Productive Forces

AbstractIn the surveying and mapping geographic information industry,facing the crossintegration of high-tech such asremotesensing images,artificial intelligence,remote sensing IoT,and Beidounavigation, vocationaleducation must abandon theusual skilloriented thinkingand instead build aneducation systemdriven by innovation,task oriented,andcollaborativedevelopmentofcompositeabilities.Basedontheconnotationof "newquality productivity", this article analyzes its significance for the cultivation of vocationalsurveying and mapping professionals.In response tothe problems existing incurrent teaching,it proposes to implement itfromtheaspects ofoptimizing thecurriculum system,inovating teaching models,optimizing the structureand conceptof teaching staf,etc.,andthen construct a future oriented, structuraly reasonable,and dynamic talent cultivation model to provide talent support for the highquality development of the surveying and mapping geographic information industry.
