(School of Public Finance and Administration,Hubei University of Economics,Wuhan,Hubei 430205) AbstractThe establishment of the micro-major for civil servant quality is an active responseby universities to the major strategic demands of the country and the carer development needs of colege students. Based on the textual analysis ofthecultivationschemes ofrelated micro-majors in18domesticuniversities,theresearch finds that thetalent cultivation goalsoftherelevant micromajorsaimatinnovative,high-qualityappliedandcompoundcivilservants;the cuiculumsetingisinline withthecorequalitiesrequiredforthecivilserviceexamination;andthemanagementmethods are both standardized and flexible.In viewofthe problems such as the lack of strength in the means to achieve thetraining goals,thetendencyofstudents'leaming motivationtowards utilitarianism,andthe insuficient openness ofthe education model,suggestionsareputforward tobuildamulti-discipinarycro-itegrationandapplication-orientedcurriculum system, improve the incentive and restraint mechanism,and deepen the integration of industryand education.
