Research on Strategies of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Guidance for College Graduates' Employment at the Grassroots Level from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

AbstractThe implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has put forward new requirements for grassroots employmentofcollege graduates，and integrating ideological and political education into employment guidance has become akeypath to solving thecontradiction between talent supplyand demand.The article first analyzes the logical connection between ruralrevitalization and grassroots employment，revealingthe inherent unity between talent mobility and national strategy;Secondlythesystemdeconstructs thetripledilemmaof integratingideologicalandpolitical education into grasroots employment guidance for college graduates： the employment outlook of graduates needs to be changed，theguidancecontentistooabstract，andtheprofeional abilityofteteachingstaff isinsuficient;Finally corresponding strategies are proposed from three dimensions： value guidance，practical empowerment，and ability enhancement，aiming toachieveavalueresonance between nationalstrategiccognitionand personalcareerdevelopment.
