Application of Case Teaching Combined with MultidisciplinaryDiagnosis and Treatment Simulation in the Professional Literacy Education of Clinical Interns

AbstractObjective:Thisstudyaimstoexplore theaplicationefectivenessofcase teachingcombinedwithmultidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment simulation in the professonal ethics educationof clinical interns.Method:157 five-year undergraduate clinical interns were randomlydivided into two groupsusingasimplerandomizationmethod.General informationwascollectedfromboth groupsandevaluatedusingaphysicianprofessonalethicsquestionnaire.Thedifference sbetween thetwogroups beforeandafter the internship werecompared.Result:Therewasno statisticallysignificant difference ( P>0.05) in general information and pre internship physician professional competence evaluation between the two groupsofstudents;Afterthe internship,themedicalprofessionalcompetencescoreoftheexperimental groupstudents wassignificantly higher than that of the control group students (P<0.05) .In terms of specific indicators,the experimental groupshowedasignificantimprovement inprofesionalzationprocess,self-awareness,sekinghelp,andteamcollabration scores compared to before the internship,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05) compared to the control group.Conclusion:Thecombinationofcase-based teaching and multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment simulation teaching can effectively improve the professional competence level of clinical interns.
