AbstractWiththeapiddevelopment ofartificial intellgence（AItechnologyespeciallyitsextensiveapplicationnfields sucha naturallanguageprocessng，spechecogition，intellientecommendation，dlangaalysis，itspoided solidtechnicalsupport fortheintellgent transformationofcolegeEnglishteaching.Basedontheanalysisoftheelementsof th smart teaching modeforcollgeEnglish，optimizationand innovationshouldbecariedoutinaspectssuchasconstructing an ntelligentaching environment，reshaping the structure ofteachers'abilies，building apersonalizedcuiculumsystem， and establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism.Furthermore，acollaborative，eficient，flexible，andopen teaching ecosstem willbeuiltometthediversifid，prsonalized，andadaptivelaingneedsofstudentsinteneera， and promote college English teaching to be more intelligent and precise.
