Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Nursing Humanistic Care Education under the Background of New Medicine

AbstractUnderthe backgroundofnew medicalconstruction，thetransformationofnursing discipline towards humanistic care has become an inevitable trend.The article focuses onnursing humanistic careeducation，and through analyzing the current situation of policy implementation，education system，practical teaching，and evaluation mechanism，reveals significant diferences in policyimplementation，marginalizationofcurriculumstatus，insufficient practical teaching，and deficiencies in evaluationsystem.Basedonthis，thearticleconstructs a nursinghumanisticcareeducation system from four dimensions： policy guarantee，educational innovation，practicedeepening，and evaluationoptimization.It proposes measures suchas improvingtop-leveldesign，reconstructingcuriculumteaching，constructingathree-dimensionalpracticaleducation system，and establishing a multidimensional evaluation mechanism，aiming to enhance the humanistic iteracyof nursing talents and promote the high-quality development of nursing discipline under the new medical framework.
