Abstract：Succesfulcasesofgreatchangesinthenewerafullyreflectthesuperiorityofthesocialistsystemwith Chinese characteristics，andarehigh-qualityresourcesforpromotingtheconnotativedevelopmentofideologicalandpoliticaleducation. Theyempowertheconstructionandapplicationofcaselibrariesforideologicalandpoliticaleducation，andhaveimportant theoreticalvalueandpracticalsignificanceStartingfromthesuccesfulcasesofthegreattransformationinthenewerathat empowertheconstructionofthecaselibraryforideologicalandpolicaleducationteaching，thispaperproposesacomprehensive construction and application plan for the case library，specifically the" 1+3+6 "hierarchical construction system. The "1" is the fundamental purposeofadheringtotheteachingobjectivesofcaselibraryservices，andturning thegreatchangesofthenewera intothe advantages of ideological and political education. The" 3 "isa systematicintegration of "textbooks +cases +teaching methods"，conectingthethreecoreelements.The"6"isasixstepprogressonthatdplyintegrates，interacts，anddevelops synchronouslyindesignconcepts，caseselection，contentarangement，formexpansion，caseteachingmethods，andsharing concepts.Ituses theadvantages ofthe"Great Changeof the New Era"and "Zhejiang Window"system，as well as the "IdeologicalandPliticalDiscouse"toexplainChina’sevolution，construction，andefospeciallheimportantmegecef XiJinping Thoughton Socialism with Chinese Characteristics fora New Era in Zhejianganditsnationwidepractice.
