Abstract:TakingthereformoftheCivilEngineeringprograminHuanghuaiUniversityasanexample,thisstudydeeply analyzesthedualchalengesposedbythetransformationoftheconstructionindustryandthedemandsofemergingenginering educatio.CritialisuesredentifiedinraditioalCivilEngeingmjosuchaisufiientlysientifictraiingectives outdatedcuriculaandteachingcontent,inadequatecollborativeeducationbymulti-stakeholder,andweakenedpractical engineering skillsamongstudents.Inresponse,thisresearchproposesandimplementsareformapproachgroundedinthe principlesof"industryrienteddevelopment,interdisciplinaryintegration,multistakeholderclaboration,andintegationf industry,education,andresearch."Guidedbythe"fouradherences,"thereformfocusesonrefiningtrainingobjectives, restructuring thecuriculumsystem,buildingacommunityforteacherdevelopment,andstrengtheningthecultivationof engineeringcompetencies.Preliminaryresultshighlighttheefectivenessofthisreformpathwayinbridgingthegapbetween academic training and industry need, laying a solid foundation for future improvements.
