Abstract：TakingthereformoftheCivilEngineeringprograminHuanghuaiUniversityasanexample，thisstudydeeply analyzesthedualchalengesposedbythetransformationoftheconstructionindustryandthedemandsofemergingenginering educatio.CritialisuesredentifiedinraditioalCivilEngeingmjosuchaisufiientlysientifictraiingectives outdatedcuriculaandteachingcontent，inadequatecollborativeeducationbymulti-stakeholder，andweakenedpractical engineering skillsamongstudents.Inresponse，thisresearchproposesandimplementsareformapproachgroundedinthe principlesof"industryrienteddevelopment，interdisciplinaryintegration，multistakeholderclaboration，andintegationf industry，education，andresearch."Guidedbythe"fouradherences，"thereformfocusesonrefiningtrainingobjectives， restructuring thecuriculumsystem，buildingacommunityforteacherdevelopment，andstrengtheningthecultivationof engineeringcompetencies.Preliminaryresultshighlighttheefectivenessofthisreformpathwayinbridgingthegapbetween academic training and industry need， laying a solid foundation for future improvements.
