Abstract：MPA，asthecorecarierofcultivatinghigh-level，application-oriented，andcompositepublicmanagementtalents， hasbecomeanimportantcomerstoneforconsolidatingthequalityofpublicmanagementtalentsandimprovingthelevelofpublic services.Basedonthis，onthebasisof in-depthanalysisoftheproblemsinthecultivationofMPAgraduatestudents，fromthe perspectiveofTotalQualityManagement（TQM），thispaperproposesapathfortheconstructionofMPAeducatinquality assurancesystefrothaspects：allroundmanageent，wholeprocessmonitorig，andfullpartiipationofallstaffinoder toprovideuseful inspirationandpracticalreferencefortheconstructionofMPAeducationqualityassurancesystemin China.
