Abstract:Thein-depthintegrationofarticialintellgence(Al)andstatisticalphysicsiseshapingthedevelopmentparadigm oftheelectronicscienceandtechnologyindustryTalenttrainingintraditionalelectronicscienceandtechnologymajorsfaces challengessuchasdisconectionbetweencurriculumsystemsandcuting-dgedevelopments,separationofideologicaland politicaleducationfromprofessionalteaching,rigidteachingmodels,anddisciplinarybarriers.Basedonfourcoredimensions: integratingcuttngedgescienceandtechologyintoclassrooms,currculum-basedideologicalandpoliticaleducation,casebased teaching,andinterdisciplinaryintegrationthispaperconstructsatransformationpathof"theoreticalreconstruction-value shaping-practicalempowerment-interdisciplinaryintegration"Byincorporatingcutingedgecontentsuchaschemicalidustry modelinginStatisticalPhsicsandAoptimizatioagorits,xploringideologicalandpolticalelementsinprofessoalfelds, designingreal-scenariocasesinthechemicalindustry,andbreakingdisciplinaryboundaries,thisstudyprovidesarefoplanfor cultivatinginterdisciplinaryelectronicsienceandtehnologtalentsithross-displinarythinkingovativecapabilities,and social responsibility.
