Abstract:Achieving the"dualcarbon"goalsandimplementingrelatedcarbonpoliciesbothrequiresubstantial supportfrom specializedlegalprofesionalsThecurentundergraduatelegaleducationmodelinuniversitiesexhibitsapronouncedjudicialcentricorienttionwhreuulandsylbiaresignedprimariltoultivatejudiialprofessoalskillsandpreparedets forcareersinjudicialinstiutions.Graduatestrainedunderthismodelexcelatresolvingtraditionallegalissesbutstruggleto efectivelyaddressthecomplexitiesofmergingcarbon-elatedchalenges,suchasclimatelegislation.Futureefortsshouldfocus onestablishingandrefiningadedicated"dualcarbon"discipline,strategicallyoptimizinglegalprogramsandtrainingsystems. Concurrentlyeepeingdustryacademiaintegrationndboadeninginteatioalperspectiesaresentialtoultivateaoort of interdisciplinaryprofessonalswhoarenotonlyproficientin"dualcarbon"policiesandrelatedregulatoryframeworksbutalso possess technical knowledge concerning carbon emissions.
