Abstract：Theundergraduatethesisservesasacorecomponentof practical teachinginhighereducation，anditsquality directlydeterminesthealignmentbetweentalentcultivationandsocialdemands.Addresingtheprevalentpredicamentsinurnt thesistopicselection-includinghomogenizedinnovation，disconnectionfrompractic，andformalizedmanagementthisstudy conductsextensivequestionairesurveysandempiricalinvestigatiostodisscttherootcausesandkeybotleneks.Tisrearch proposesa"dual-linkage"drivenframeworkforqualityenhancement，oferingsystematicsolutionsandpracticalpathwaysfrom fourdimnsions：cognitiveguidance，competencedevelopment，resourcesupprt，andmechanismguarantee.Thisresearchaimsto promotetheconnotativeimprovementoftopicselectionqualityandprovideapracticalparadigmforsimilarinstitutionstoresolve topic-related challenges，thereby realizing in-depth integration between talent cultivation and industryneeds.
