Abstract：Inthecontextoftheadvancementofecologicalcivilizationandthe"BeautifulChina"initiative，traditionalforestry educationhasfacedchallnges，includinginadequatecultivationofprofesionalcommitment，weakpracticalinnovationabilities， andlimitationsinthespatiotemporaldimensionsofteaching.Basedona decadeofreformpracticessince theuniversity's participationinthe"OutstandingAgricultureandForestyEducationProgram，"thispaperputsforwardtheconceptof"Integration andEmpowerment"andsystematicallyexpoundsaneweducationalparadigmdrivenbythetripariteintegrationofvalues， systems，andtechnologyPracticaloutcomesindicatethatthismodelefectivelyenhancesstudentsinclinationtowardsteforestry industry，interdisciplinaryinnovationcapabities，andemploymentquality，providingareplicableandscalableframeworkforthe cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in new forestry disciplines in the new era.
