基于OBE理念的“五位一体"教学改革研究

——以中医药院校组织学与胚胎学课程为例

Abstract:Thispaper explorestheapplicationofthe"Five-in-One"teachingreformbasedonthe Outcome-BasedEducation (OBE)conceptinthe HistologyandEmbryologycourseintraditionalChinesemedicinecollgesanduniversities.Thestudy elaboratesthatthisteachingreformreconstructstheteachingsystemfromfiveaspects,namelylearningobjectives,learning support,learningactivities,learningevaluation,andcontinuousoptimization,aimingtoenhancestudents‘autonomouslearing abilityandlearningoutcomesandcultivate high-qualitymedicaltalentswhomeettheprofesionalrequirements.Thestudyalso analyzesthespecificaplicationstrategies,implementationffects,andchallngesfacedinteachingpractice,providinga comprehensivetheoreticalandpracticalreferencefortheteachingreformoftheHistologyandEmbryologycourseintraditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.

作为中医药院校内中西医结合专业的核心基础课程,组织学与胚胎学不仅为学生后续研读中医诊断学、中药学等课程及开展临床实践搭建人体结构与发育的知识基础,也是培育科学思维与医学素养的主要教学模块,现阶段该课程教学实践有若干突出问题存在:学习目标的系统性和明确性未达要求,让教学活动缺少定向的具体引导;教学内容跟临床实践需求的脱节情况相当明显,不易有效调动起学生的学习主动性;评价体系呈现出单一的特性,反馈机制有欠缺,难以做到全面客观地评估学习成效。(剩余5757字)
