Abstract:Asdigitaltechnologiesbecomeincreasinglyintegratedintoglobalhealthgovermance,traditionalhealthpolicy educationfacessignificantchallngesintersofontentimeliessstructioalinteractivityandmultidimensioalopetency assessent.Artifiialintellgene),ssratgictechnologrivingduationalrasformationofersathaysto pedagogicalbotlenecks,respondtodisciplinaryevolution,andalignwithreal-worldgovernancepractices.Thisstudytakesthe graduatecourseAdvancesinHealthPolicyandManagementasaplatformforreform,systematicallconstructingand implementinganA-empoweredteachingmodelbasedonfiveintegrateddimensions:platformintegration,project-drivenlearing, roleimmersion,diversifiedevaluation,andcolaborativeeducation.Bydevelopinganintellgent,senario-basedinteractive teachingplatfomrestructuringa"four-stageprogressveandAl-integrated"curiculumframework,buildingateachingrsource repositorycombiningreal-worldscenarioswithvirtual-realhybridelements,andaplyinginovativestrategiessuchasblended leaming,situationalsimulationinquirybasedlearning,anddual-trackdynamicassessment,themodelachievesaparadigmshift fromknowledgetransmisiontocompetencedevelopmentPracticehasshownthatthisapproachsignificantlyenhancesstudents policyanalysisskills,dataliteracy,andcapacitytoaddresscomplexproblems,whilefacitingthetransformationofteachers rolesinto"learingfaciliators”and"Acollaboratos."Challngesemain-suchasoverelianceontechnologyuneventeacher digitalliteracyandalgoritmicbiashighlightingtheneedforongoingrefinement.Testudyprovidesareplicableandscalable theoretical framework andpractical model foradvancing intelligent teachingreform in public health education.
