Abstract：Asdigitaltechnologiesbecomeincreasinglyintegratedintoglobalhealthgovermance，traditionalhealthpolicy educationfacessignificantchallngesintersofontentimeliessstructioalinteractivityandmultidimensioalopetency assessent.Artifiialintellgene），ssratgictechnologrivingduationalrasformationofersathaysto pedagogicalbotlenecks，respondtodisciplinaryevolution，andalignwithreal-worldgovernancepractices.Thisstudytakesthe graduatecourseAdvancesinHealthPolicyandManagementasaplatformforreform，systematicallconstructingand implementinganA-empoweredteachingmodelbasedonfiveintegrateddimensions：platformintegration，project-drivenlearing， roleimmersion，diversifiedevaluation，andcolaborativeeducation.Bydevelopinganintellgent，senario-basedinteractive teachingplatfomrestructuringa"four-stageprogressveandAl-integrated"curiculumframework，buildingateachingrsource repositorycombiningreal-worldscenarioswithvirtual-realhybridelements，andaplyinginovativestrategiessuchasblended leaming，situationalsimulationinquirybasedlearning，anddual-trackdynamicassessment，themodelachievesaparadigmshift fromknowledgetransmisiontocompetencedevelopmentPracticehasshownthatthisapproachsignificantlyenhancesstudents policyanalysisskills，dataliteracy，andcapacitytoaddresscomplexproblems，whilefacitingthetransformationofteachers rolesinto"learingfaciliators”and"Acollaboratos."Challngesemain-suchasoverelianceontechnologyuneventeacher digitalliteracyandalgoritmicbiashighlightingtheneedforongoingrefinement.Testudyprovidesareplicableandscalable theoretical framework andpractical model foradvancing intelligent teachingreform in public health education.
