中外合作办学的创新路径探索

——以沈阳工业大学英国德比大学通信工程合作办学为例

Abstract：Thispaper takestheundergraduateprogramofCommunicationEngineering jointlyrunbyShenyang Universityof TechnologyandtheUniversityofDerbyintheUKastheresearchobjecttoexploretheinnovativepathofSino-foreign cooperativeeducation.Firstly，itanalyzestheerabackgroundandthevalueoftheprogramforeducationandregional development.hen，itpresentstheoverallpictureofteprogamfromtheaspectsoftheshol-runningstrengthofbothpartis， thetrainingmode，curiculumandfacultyalocation.Next，itelaboratesthereformpracticesoftheprogramintheintegatinand innovationofcurrculumsystem，theconstructionofcross-culturalteachingmode，andthedevelopmentofinteligentteaching environment.Finaly，itsummarizestheachievementssuchasstudents‘development，theimprovementoftheuniversity's disciplineandinternationalinfluence，andputsforwardthefuturedevelopmentdirection.Theprogramprovidesreference experience for Sino-foreign cooperative education and the cultivationof international talents in local universities.
