Abstract：Underthebackgroundofthecountryvigorouslypromotingthecategorizeddevelopmentofpostgraduateeducation andstrengtheningthepracticeorientatioofprofessonaldegrees，inodertofurteranayzethefoconottionandealuation methodfthepracticalachievementsoftheMasterofAppliedStatistics（MAS，O252O0）educationinChina，andtocultivatehighlevelaplidstatisticstalentssuitablefortheneedsofindustry，basedonthedataofthetrainingprogramsofMASin81 universitiesinChina，1OOrecruitmentinformationofemployerand667casesofprofessonals，the"three-dimensionalform system"ofthepracticalachievementsofMASwassystematicallydeconstructed，thatis，profesionalpracticeachievements， inovatiocompetionachievementsandscienticresearchtransformationachievements.Italsoproposeda"four-dimensional conotationsystem"with"data-enableddecision-making"asthecore，includingfourdimensions：dataprocesing，method inovatio，industryadaptation，andethicalcompliance.Atthesametime，a"four-dimensionalevaluationindexsystem" corrspondingtotheconnotationsystemwasconstructed，andimplementationpathssuchastheestablishmentofevaluation communityfortheintegrationof productionandeducation，theestablishmentofadynamicweightadjustment mechanism，andthe establishmentofanachievementtransformationtrackingplatformwereproposedItprovidedareferencefortheintroductionof policiessuchasapplyingforadegreofMASbasedonpracticalachievements，andcultivatingthepracticalabiltyoftheMAS.
