Abstract：Inthiswork，thereformofthetrainingmodelforprofessionaldoctoratecandidatesinMaterialsandChemical Enginering isfocusedon，withGuangxiasarepresentativeregionforconductingstudy.Againstthebackdropoftherapid developmntoftheglobalchemicalnewmaterialsindustryanditsroleasastrategicnationalcompetitivenessthequalityof trainingforoctoalgeeineeldofatealsndicalgieringisofvitalimpan.Curentlyotosticad internationalcultivationofdoctorinmaterialsandchemicalengineeringarefacingchallnges，andtheintroductionofrelevant regulationsandopinionsin2O24providesapolicyopportunity.IncombinationwiththeregionalcharacteristicsofGuangxi ZhuangAutonomousRegionandrelyingonthe"QinzhouGreenPetrochemicalIndustry-Education Consortium"platform，this researchexploresanewmodelofcultivatingspecializedanddoctoralstudentsinmaterialsandchemicalengineringoriented towardspracticalachievements，andaimingtobuildahigh-qualitytalentcultivationsystemthatmetstheregionalindustrial demands and provides experience references for similar regions across the country.
