基于实践成果导向的材料与化工专业博士人才培养模式研究

Abstract:Inthiswork,thereformofthetrainingmodelforprofessionaldoctoratecandidatesinMaterialsandChemical Enginering isfocusedon,withGuangxiasarepresentativeregionforconductingstudy.Againstthebackdropoftherapid developmntoftheglobalchemicalnewmaterialsindustryanditsroleasastrategicnationalcompetitivenessthequalityof trainingforoctoalgeeineeldofatealsndicalgieringisofvitalimpan.Curentlyotosticad internationalcultivationofdoctorinmaterialsandchemicalengineeringarefacingchallnges,andtheintroductionofrelevant regulationsandopinionsin2O24providesapolicyopportunity.IncombinationwiththeregionalcharacteristicsofGuangxi ZhuangAutonomousRegionandrelyingonthe"QinzhouGreenPetrochemicalIndustry-Education Consortium"platform,this researchexploresanewmodelofcultivatingspecializedanddoctoralstudentsinmaterialsandchemicalengineringoriented towardspracticalachievements,andaimingtobuildahigh-qualitytalentcultivationsystemthatmetstheregionalindustrial demands and provides experience references for similar regions across the country.
