Abstract:HarbinEngineeringUniversityadherestothestrategicorientationof"ThreeSeasandOneNuclear,"aimingto supportChina'snational strategyofbecomingamaritimepower.Relyingontheresearchstrengthsanddisciplinarycharacteristics oftheColegeofPowerandEnergyEngineringinthefieldofmarinepropulsion,anovelexperimentalteachingplatformfor shippowersystemshasbeedeveloped.Thisplatformservestheneedsoftalentculivation,fundamentalresearch,andindustry development.Throughaseriesofeducationalreforms-includingenhancingstudents‘awarenessofindependentinnovation, establishingacomprehensivesystemforcultivatinginnovativecapabilities,andconstructingdiversifiedevaluationmechanisms -a (204号 high-levelengneringtalentcultivationmodelcharacterizedbyfourdimensionsofiovation(awareness,model,platfoand evaluation)hasbeenexplored.Practicehasdemonstratedthatthenewteachingandmanagementmodelefectivelyimproves students'enthusiasmandinitiativeiniovationTheintegrationofvirtualandphysicalplatformsprovidessubstantialsupportfor studentstoachieveoutstandingperformanceinsientificandtechnologicalinovationcompetitions.Thisinitiativefersanovel andeffectiveapproachtoimprovingthequalityof talentcultivationinthefieldsofenergyandmarinepropulsionundertheNew Engineering Education paradigm.
