以医案类课程为载体的中医拔尖人才“院校-师承"融合教育模式探索

Abstract：ThispaperexploreshowtointegrateinstitutionaleducationwithapprenticeshiptraininginTraditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）collegestocultivatetop-tierTCMtalent.Basedonananalysisofthecurrentissuesininstitutionaleducation andapprenticeshipeducation，thispaperexplorescorestrategiesforleveragingthecomplementarystrengthsofbothaproaches throughcase-basedcoursestoaddressthesechalenges.Thestudyproposesestablishinganintegrated"institutionalapprenticeship"case-basedcoursessystem forcultivatingtop-tierTCMtalent，andthestudyoutlinesaphasedaproachto achievethegoalofcultivatingtop-tierTCMtalent，alongwithpathwaysforintegratingrenownedmedicallineageresourcesto buildasupportingsystem，reformingmodem teachingmethodsandtechnologies，andreconstructingtheteachingevaluation indicator system.
