以医案类课程为载体的中医拔尖人才“院校-师承"融合教育模式探索
Abstract:ThispaperexploreshowtointegrateinstitutionaleducationwithapprenticeshiptraininginTraditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)collegestocultivatetop-tierTCMtalent.Basedonananalysisofthecurrentissuesininstitutionaleducation andapprenticeshipeducation,thispaperexplorescorestrategiesforleveragingthecomplementarystrengthsofbothaproaches throughcase-basedcoursestoaddressthesechalenges.Thestudyproposesestablishinganintegrated"institutionalapprenticeship"case-basedcoursessystem forcultivatingtop-tierTCMtalent,andthestudyoutlinesaphasedaproachto achievethegoalofcultivatingtop-tierTCMtalent,alongwithpathwaysforintegratingrenownedmedicallineageresourcesto buildasupportingsystem,reformingmodem teachingmethodsandtechnologies,andreconstructingtheteachingevaluation indicator system.
