Abstract:WiththeenterprisesdigitaltransformationandrapidevolutionofAItechnologythedemandofcompositetalents withengineeringapplication,engineeingpractic,andengineringinovationcapabilieshassignificantlyincreasedinthe industry.Thetradionalteachingparadigmthatfocusesonimpartingdisciplinaryknowledgeisdiffculttomatchthespeedof technologicaliterationandthecomplexityofrealengineringscenarios.Onthebasisofsortingoutthe"Dialogue"learning, "Follow"learning,andCDIO(conceptiondesignimplementationoperation)engineeringeducationmodel,aDF-CDIOengineering practieeducationmodelisproposedandconstructedfacingAIeraandisimplementedontheintegratedengineringpractice inovationplatfomof"designmanufacturingtestingcontrolfornewenergyvehiclemotors.Basedonrealindustrialprojectsand openplatformenvironments,apracticalframeworkof"AIdialoguedrivenknowledgegrowth-abilitydevelopmentledby Folow-CDIOclosed-loopengineringimplementation"isformed.Thepracticalresultsshowthatstudents'havesignificantly improvedtheirabiltiesinengineringthinking,engineeingapplication,engineeringpractice,andengineeringinnovatin.The platform has also achieved a seamless application from course training to pilot testing.
