Abstract：Inresponsetothedemandforinnovativetalentculivationinmaterial-relatedmajors，thispaperhasconstructed andimplementedanintegrated"Class-Research-Competition"trainingmodelThisresearchisbasedoncourses，aimingto deepentheintegrationofprofesionalcourseswithinnovationandentrepreneurship，implementingahierarchicalandprogesive teachingapproach，incorporatingtheconceptofoutcome-orientededucationandproject-basedmethods，andstrengtheningthe professionalfoundationandinnovativethinking.Centeredonresearch，thistrainingmodelstrengthenstheintegrationofscience andeducationaswellasthecollaborationbetweentheuniversityandenterprises.Throughproject-basedexperiments，research specializationsandte"dualmentorsste"，itaneseseachapabilities，profesioalquali，andpracticalsil.ive byinovationcompetitions，withhigh-levelacademiccontestsastheplatform，teachersprovidefullguidanceforproject incubationandpractice，promotingknowledgetransformationandenhancinginnovationcapabitiesThethreeelementsareclosely integratedandrunthroughtheentireprocessof"craftsmanshipspirit"cultivation.Thecoursesdeplyintegratepatriotic sentimentsandprofesionalidentitycientificrsearchnurturesargorousandealisticspirit，andompeitionshonethabilityt solvecomplexproblems.Thismodelefectivelypromotesthecoordinateddevelopmentofstudents‘knowledge，abilitiesand qualities，andachieves the integration of innovation talent cultivationand thegoal of fostering moral character.
