Abstract：Withthecontinuousoptimizationofindustrialstructureandtherapiddevelopmentoftechnologicalinovation，there isasignificantgapbetweenthedemandforhig-levelappliedtalentsintheengineeingfieldandthecuentducationmodel.As anewapproachthatcloselyintegratesindustialnedswitheducationaltraining，theindustry-educationintegrationmodelis graduallybecomingakeymeanstoimprovethequalityofprofesionaldegreeprogramsinengineeing.Thispaperfocusesonthe specificcontextofindustrducationintegrationexploringotofecielyanceteualityfprofesioaldgeoams forengineering graduates，aiming tocultivatea largenumberof high-qualityprofessionals in theenginering field.
