Abstract：EmergingEngineringEducation（EEE）isastrategicmeasuretorespondtothe technologicalrevolutionand industrialtransformation.Asthecorecarierservingthe"dualcarbon"strategyandregionalgrendevelopment，resourceand environment-relatedmajorsurgentlyneedtobuildhigh-qualty，dual-capableteachingteams.Thisresearchisbasedonthe implementationofthenational"dualcarbon"strategyandthegreentransformationdemandsofGuizhousliquorindustry.It systemticallanalyzesthedemandsandchalengesfacedbyresourceandenvironment-relatedmajorsunderthebackgroundof EEE，claifestheconstructiongoalsof teachingteams，explorestheconstructionpathsfromfourdimensions，andsummarizesthe overallachevementsandimprovementdirections.Buildateam-buildingmodelof"valueguidance-practicalempowerment integrationofsienceandeducation-multi-partycolaboration"，providingareplicableandscalablepracticalparadigmforthe construction of similar professional teaching teams in local universities.
