Abstract：Inresponsetotheinstitutionalorientationofbuildingamaritime，international，high-levelapplicationorinted universitywithegionalcharacterstics，thispaperaddressestheshortcomingsintheteachingofelectronicexperimentalcoursesby implementing a teaching reform guided by the"Internet + "perspective and aimed at fostering innovative capabilities.By constructingaproject-drivenandvirtual-physicalintegatedteachingmodel，thelimitationsoftraditioalinstructionhaveben effectivelyovercome，significantlyenhancingstudents‘learningiitiativeandinovativeabilities.Inpracticeteachingcontentwas carefulldesignedaroundinstructionalobjectives，whileteachingandevaluationmethodswerecontinuouslyoptimizedto comprehensivelyimprovestudents'overallcompetencies.Teachingpracticeandongoing improvementresultsdemonstratethatthis modelachieveseducatioalehancementtroughthebidirectionalintegraionofproject-drivenndvirtualsimulatioapraches， yielding remarkable teaching outcomes.
