“双碳”战略下环境类研究生培养模式改革与实践

Abstract:Theproposednational strategicgoalsofcarbonpeakingandcarbonneutralityhasbroughtunprecedented chalengesandopportunitiestoChina’shighleveltalenttrainingsystem,particularlyinthecultivationofgraduatestudentsin environmentaldisciplines.Asacoreandinherentlyinterdisiplinaryfield,environmentalsienceplaysacriticalroleinachieving the"dualcarbon”goals.Therefore,thequalityoftheirgraduateeducationiscloselytiedtothenation’sstrategicreservesof scientificandtechnologicalexpertise.Giventhis,thispaperprovidesanin-depthdescriptionoftheroleofenviromental disciplinesinscientificandtechnologicalinnovationunderthe"dualcarbon"strategyThecurentissuesinthegraduatetraining systemhavebeensystematicallreviewedinthisfield,includingchallngesrelatedtogoalorientation,curiculumdesign, practicaltrainingcomponents,andfacultymentorship.Thepaperalsoproposedacomprehensivesetofreformpathwaysand practicalstrategies,includingclarifyingtalent-trainingbjectivesaimedatcultivatinghigh-quality,constructingamodular curriculum system structured around an "environmental science and engineering core + carbon management extension"; promoting aproject-driven,multidisciplinarymodelforteachingandresearchtraining;developinganintegratedcollaborativeeducation platformthatdeeplyconnetsindustry,academia,research,andappication;andoptimizingthecompositionandknowledge structureoffacultyteamstobuilddouble-mentorcommunities.Thegoalofthestudyistocultivatedual-carbon-oriented interdisciplinarytalentsequippedwithsolidtheoreticalfoundationsandoutstandinginnovativecapabilities,therebycontributingto the talent needs of China's "dual carbon" strategy.
