“双碳”战略下环境类研究生培养模式改革与实践

Abstract：Theproposednational strategicgoalsofcarbonpeakingandcarbonneutralityhasbroughtunprecedented chalengesandopportunitiestoChina’shighleveltalenttrainingsystem，particularlyinthecultivationofgraduatestudentsin environmentaldisciplines.Asacoreandinherentlyinterdisiplinaryfield，environmentalsienceplaysacriticalroleinachieving the"dualcarbon”goals.Therefore，thequalityoftheirgraduateeducationiscloselytiedtothenation’sstrategicreservesof scientificandtechnologicalexpertise.Giventhis，thispaperprovidesanin-depthdescriptionoftheroleofenviromental disciplinesinscientificandtechnologicalinnovationunderthe"dualcarbon"strategyThecurentissuesinthegraduatetraining systemhavebeensystematicallreviewedinthisfield，includingchallngesrelatedtogoalorientation，curiculumdesign， practicaltrainingcomponents，andfacultymentorship.Thepaperalsoproposedacomprehensivesetofreformpathwaysand practicalstrategies，includingclarifyingtalent-trainingbjectivesaimedatcultivatinghigh-quality，constructingamodular curriculum system structured around an "environmental science and engineering core + carbon management extension"； promoting aproject-driven，multidisciplinarymodelforteachingandresearchtraining;developinganintegratedcollaborativeeducation platformthatdeeplyconnetsindustry，academia，research，andappication；andoptimizingthecompositionandknowledge structureoffacultyteamstobuilddouble-mentorcommunities.Thegoalofthestudyistocultivatedual-carbon-oriented interdisciplinarytalentsequippedwithsolidtheoreticalfoundationsandoutstandinginnovativecapabilities，therebycontributingto the talent needs of China's "dual carbon" strategy.
