Abstract:TakingHeilongjiangVocationalColegeofArtasapracticalsample,thispaperexploresthein-depthintegration pathbetweenIntangibleCulturalHeritage(ICH)inheritanceandtheconstructionofa"double-qualifiedteacherteamfromfour dimension:istilosiotuteselbatiorcticti and master studio leadership.It constructs a three-dimensional teacher training system of "ICH sils + professional skills + educationalcompetence",providingareplicableandpromotablepracticalmodelforsolvingtheproblemsof"insuffcientpractical abilityofdouble-qualifiedteachersanddisconectioninICHeducation"inthefieldofartvocationaleucation,andcontruting totheliving inheritanceofregional ICH in Longjiang andtheconnotative developmentof vocational education.
