Abstract：TakingHeilongjiangVocationalColegeofArtasapracticalsample，thispaperexploresthein-depthintegration pathbetweenIntangibleCulturalHeritage（ICH）inheritanceandtheconstructionofa"double-qualifiedteacherteamfromfour dimension：istilosiotuteselbatiorcticti and master studio leadership.It constructs a three-dimensional teacher training system of "ICH sils + professional skills + educationalcompetence"，providingareplicableandpromotablepracticalmodelforsolvingtheproblemsof"insuffcientpractical abilityofdouble-qualifiedteachersanddisconectioninICHeducation"inthefieldofartvocationaleucation，andcontruting totheliving inheritanceofregional ICH in Longjiang andtheconnotative developmentof vocational education.
