Abstract:Basedonthe SECI theory,taking theideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthepostgraduatecourse"Research MethodsinManagementScience"asanexample,thepracticalpathofideologicalandpoliticaleducationinpostgraduatecourses isdesigedasfollws:establishinga"four-dimensions"supportsystm;buildinga"four-qualified"teachingstaffexploringthe "six-degrees”ofideologicalandpoliticalelements;innovatingte"fivecollborative"teachingmodel;mplementingthe"thee comprehensives"educationpath.Practicehasshownthatthispathlaysasolidfoundationfortheeducationalgoalsofideological andpoliticaleducationincourses,whichincludeknowledgeimparting,abilitycultivation,valueshapingandservingtheociety.
