Abstract：Basedonthe SECI theory，taking theideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthepostgraduatecourse"Research MethodsinManagementScience"asanexample，thepracticalpathofideologicalandpoliticaleducationinpostgraduatecourses isdesigedasfollws：establishinga"four-dimensions"supportsystm；buildinga"four-qualified"teachingstaffexploringthe "six-degrees”ofideologicalandpoliticalelements；innovatingte"fivecollborative"teachingmodel;mplementingthe"thee comprehensives"educationpath.Practicehasshownthatthispathlaysasolidfoundationfortheeducationalgoalsofideological andpoliticaleducationincourses，whichincludeknowledgeimparting，abilitycultivation，valueshapingandservingtheociety.
