Abstract:Thispapersummarizessystematicallythedemandforthequantityandqualityoftalentcultivationinthe integratioofcivilaviationtransportationandcivilaircraftmanufacturingindustriesinChina.Theindustrycharacteristicsandera characteristicsofcivilaviationtransportationandaviationmanufacturingindustriesinChinaisanalyzedandtheadvantagesand chalengesoftalentcultivationqualityinthefieldofaircraftmanufacturingengineeringatouruniversityisalsosummarized. Basedontheoverallstrategicgoalsandtasksofbuildingastrongtransportationcountryandanewchapterincivilaviation, combinedwiththeresearchanddevelopmentofdomesticallproducedcivilaircraftinChina，thetalenttraininggoalsofthe aireraftanufacturingengineeringmajorinouruniversityisrelocated,andtheoverallideaandoptimizingarealsoproposed, committed to continuously improving the quality of professional talent training.
