Abstract:Teachingevaluation feedbacksystemisanimportantpartof teachingandhasguidingsignificancetoteaching.A perfectteachingevaluationfeedbacksystemistheguaranteeforthecultivationofhigh-qualitytalents.Aimingattheproblemsof thecurrentteachingevaluationfedbacksystemincollgesanduniversities,weproposesathree-stage,multi-levelandwhole process teachingevaluationfeedbacksystem,andtakesitstrialoperationresultsintheDepartmentofMedicalGeneticsandCel Biologyasanexample,reflectingthattheperfectteachingevaluationfedbacksystemcanefectivelyimprovetheteachingeffect, someexperienceandenlightenmentintheoperationofthethree-stage teachingevaluationfeedbackaresummarized,which provides theoretical data for the better implementationof the teaching evaluationsystem in the later period.
