Abstract:AsacorecourseforBioinformaticsmajors,BioinformaticsAlgorithmcarriestheimportantmisionofcultivating professionalsinthisfield.Withthefundamentalgoalofcultivatingtalentthroughmoraleducation,thispapercloselyintegrates thedisciplinarycharacteristicsandrequirementsofBioinformatics,exploringandpracticingideologicalandpoiticaleducationin theBioinformaticsalgorithmcoursefromfourkeydimensions:theimprovementofteachers'ownablities,thescientificdesignof teachingbjectives,thecarefulselectionandconfigurationofteachingcontent,andtheinnovativeoptimizationofteaching methods.Teachingpracticeresultsshowthattheorganicintegrationofideologicalandpoliticalelementsintoprofssional knowledgeteachingcomplementseachother,efectivelyimprovingtheteachingeffctofthecourseandsignificantlyenhancing theoverallefectivenessfducatingpeople.isexplorationdemostratestheimportanceandfeasibilityofintegratingideological andpoliticaleducationintocourseteaching,providingstrongsupportforcultivating Bioinformaticstalentswithnoblecharacter and solid professional skills.
