Abstract:AsacorecourseforBioinformaticsmajors，BioinformaticsAlgorithmcarriestheimportantmisionofcultivating professionalsinthisfield.Withthefundamentalgoalofcultivatingtalentthroughmoraleducation,thispapercloselyintegrates thedisciplinarycharacteristicsandrequirementsofBioinformatics，exploringandpracticingideologicalandpoiticaleducationin theBioinformaticsalgorithmcoursefromfourkeydimensions:theimprovementofteachers'ownablities,thescientificdesignof teachingbjectives，thecarefulselectionandconfigurationofteachingcontent，andtheinnovativeoptimizationofteaching methods.Teachingpracticeresultsshowthattheorganicintegrationofideologicalandpoliticalelementsintoprofssional knowledgeteachingcomplementseachother，efectivelyimprovingtheteachingeffctofthecourseandsignificantlyenhancing theoverallefectivenessfducatingpeople.isexplorationdemostratestheimportanceandfeasibilityofintegratingideological andpoliticaleducationintocourseteaching，providingstrongsupportforcultivating Bioinformaticstalentswithnoblecharacter and solid professional skills.
