Abstract：Themodernizationofhighereducationnecesitatesahigherlevelof talentcultivationgoals.Asacorecoursein mechanicalenginering，TheoreticalMechanicsistypicallyreliedonconventionalclasroomlectures，withminimalupdatesto teachingcontent，leadingtoincreasingobsolescenceinmetingsocietaldemands.Inthecurentlandscapeofhighereducation modernization，thereexistsapresingneedforareformationintheteachingapproachofTheoreticalMechanics.Thispaper exploresthereformoftheoreticalmechanicsteachingbasedoninformationtechnology，focusingonfiveaspects：theblended teachingmodel，thestrategicutilizationofmindmaps，thedynamicengagementofexamplesandexercises，theinfusionof ideologicalandpoliticaleducationintothecurculum，andtheimplementationofadiversifiedtree-stageandthreeevaluation assessmentsystem.Theaimof thestudyistoenhancetherelevanceofteaching methodologiesandexpanding the breadthand depthofeducationalcontent，therebycultivatingtop-tiertalentsequippdwithinovativethinkingandpracticalskils，and advancing the modernization of higher education.
