Abstract：Tomeettheneedsofnationalconstructionoftheecologicalcivilizationandnewengineringeducation，curculum teachingrefomofEnvironmentalLawintheEnvironmentalEngineeringmajorofalocalordinaryundergraduateuniversityis necessary.Therefore，teachingreformfromfouraspectswascarredout.Firstly，westrengthentheoverallguidanceandfll coverageofXiJinping ThoughtonEcological Civilizationtheonteachingprocess.Secondly，theteachingofbasiclegal knowledgeshouldbeintensifiedbytheoptimizationofteachingcontentandtheimprovementof teachers‘legalliteracyThirdly， theeducationalresourcesoflocalecologicalenvironmententerprisesandsocialorganizationsshouldbeexploredtocarryout diversifiedpracticalteaching.Fourthly，theteachingcontentshouldbefocusedonservingregionaleconomicdevelopmentand industrialuprading.TheseteachingreformmeasuressolvedaseriesofproblemsintheteachingofEnvironmentalLaw，suchas scateredideolgicalandpliticalelementsineurclum，weaklegalfoundationknowedgeofsudentsdicultiesinin outpracticalteaching，singleteachingsubjects，andinsuffcientconnectionwithlocaldevelopment.Throughmultipleroundsof teaching practice，good results have been achieved.
