Abstract:Underthebackgroundof"carbonpeakingandcarbonneutrality"，China’scivilengineeringconstructionis changingfrom"extensive"to"sustainable".InnovationisthemagicweapontoovercomediffcultiesinChinaatpresent. Therefore，thetrainingofinnovativecivilengineeringseniortalentswithsustainabledevelopmentconceptisthekeytopromote thedevelopmentof"carbonpeakingandcarbonneutrality".Basedonthetraining modeandcurent situationof masterof civil engineringeducation,thispaperanalyzestheexistingproblemsexistingincurrenteducation,andputsforwardthoughtsand practicesonthecomprehensivetalenttrainingcombininginnovationabilityandcarbonreductionthinking.Firstly，theteaching sugestionsfortheideologicalconstructionofteaching;secondlyintemsofinnovationabilitytheteachingcontentandethod areanalyzedbasedonsocietysholtutorandstudent,cultivatingsudentsindependentinnovationabilityfinalyhteacing systemandevaluationschemeare proposed.In order to help thedevelopment of master training in civil engineering.
