Abstract：Underthedualdriveofdigitalandintellgenttransformationandtheconstructionofnewliberalarts，thedemand forhigh-leveltalentsinthefinancialindustryisundergoingastructuralupgrade，andthereisanurgentneedforasystematic reconstructionofthetrainingsystemforfinancemajorsincolegesanduniversities.Thispaperdeeplyanalyzesthecoreisues existinginthecurrenttrainingofMasterofFinanceprofessonaldegreepostgraduates，suchasthelagingoals，thefragmetation ofcourses，andthestaticevaluation.Guidedbytheconceptofnewliberalartsandintegratingthecharacteristicsofthedigital intellgenceera，itproposestargetedrefopathsfromthedimensionsofreconsructingtetrainingsystem，optimizingteteaching process，ndimprovingtheevaluationmechanism：Buildadynamicdigitalintellgencecapabilityaptooptiizetrainingstandards， implementcros-disipliaryourserogaationtobeakdownowledgebariersreateaompetitiodrivenindustrdcation integratinpracticechain，stablishdata-empoweredmulti-dimensionalevauationecosystem，formafull-chainfeedbackteaching improvement closed loop，and strengthen the hard support of dual-teacher colaboration and resource integration.
