Abstract:Medicinalchemistryisadisciplinethatstudiestheconformationalrelationshipandsynthesismethodsofdrugs. Duetothecomplexandabstractcontentofthecourse,thetraditionalteachingmethodistoosimplistic,makingitdificultfor studentstofullygraspandapplytheknowledge.Theintroductionanddevelopmentofartificialinteligencetechnologyhas providednew waystoexpandteaching methodsandimprovestudentlearning.CNKIAIforAcademicisthelatestAI-assisted researchtoldevelopedbyChinaNationalKnowledgeInfrastructureintheraofartfialintellgence,designedtoservethe entirescientificresearchprocessByincorporatingCNKIAIintotheteachingofMedicinalchemistryandexploringnewteaching methods,wecanenhancetheeffciencyofteachers'instructionandstudents‘learning.Inthispaper,wetakeibuprofen,a commonlyused NSAID,asanexample.Byguiding students tofind,analyze,anddesignthesyntheticrouteof ibuprofenusing CNKIAIforAcademic,weaimtodeepenstudentsunderstandingandmasteryofthesubjectmater,improvetheirabilityto applykowlede,enhancetheirresearchskils,broadentheirprspectiveonthefrontiersofMedicinalchemistry,andultiately enhance thequaityof medicinalchemistryteaching.Thepurposeof thispaperistomakeusefulatemptsatapplying AI technology in Medicinal chemistry course of pharmaceutical engineering.
