Abstract:Inresponse tothenewdemandforcompositetalentsintheintellgentupgradingandgreen transformationof the coalindustrytheMiningEngineringmajorofShanxiEnergyUniversityhasinnovativelyconstructedapracticalteachingsystem with"teachingandresearchcompetitionandtraining"asthecore.Acollborativeempowermentmechanismof"platformsupport, teacherguarantee，andresourceintegration"hasbeenestablished，andothisbasis，afour-dimensionalcolaboraivetraining paradigmof"integratingtheoryandpracticetostrengthenthefoundation,integratingscienceandeducationtopromoteinovation, integratingompetionandeducationtoenhancecapabities，andintegratingjobandscholtoemphasizeapplication"hasbeen formed.Practice hasshownthatthismodelefectivelyachieves thecordinateddevelopmentoftalentcultivationquality improvement，professionalcootationconstructionandindustrialtransformationandupgrading，providingstrongtalentguarantee andintellectual support for the high-quality development of the mining industry in the new era.
