Abstract:Inresponse tothenewdemandforcompositetalentsintheintellgentupgradingandgreen transformationof the coalindustrytheMiningEngineringmajorofShanxiEnergyUniversityhasinnovativelyconstructedapracticalteachingsystem with"teachingandresearchcompetitionandtraining"asthecore.Acollborativeempowermentmechanismof"platformsupport, teacherguarantee,andresourceintegration"hasbeenestablished,andothisbasis,afour-dimensionalcolaboraivetraining paradigmof"integratingtheoryandpracticetostrengthenthefoundation,integratingscienceandeducationtopromoteinovation, integratingompetionandeducationtoenhancecapabities,andintegratingjobandscholtoemphasizeapplication"hasbeen formed.Practice hasshownthatthismodelefectivelyachieves thecordinateddevelopmentoftalentcultivationquality improvement,professionalcootationconstructionandindustrialtransformationandupgrading,providingstrongtalentguarantee andintellectual support for the high-quality development of the mining industry in the new era.
