Abstract:ThePartybranchesofuniversityteachers,asthenerveendingsofgrassrotsPartybuilding,aredeeplyintegrated intothefrontlineofeducationandresearch,playinganimportantroleinconnectingteachersandstudentsandleadingideas. Thispaperexaminesthecurrentstatus,existingchalenges,andisuesfacedbythePartybranchesofcollegeteachersatpresent, usinga"dualleadership"modelof teacherPartybranchsecretarystudiosincolegesanduniversitiesasanillstration.The papersummarizestheoperationalcharacteristicsof grasrotsPartybranchesincollegesanduniversitiesandproposespractical measuresforcultivating"dualleadership"teacherPartybranchsecretaries‘studios.Theaimofthestudyistoestablishasetof workingmethodsandcultivationmechanismsthatcanbedemonstratedandpromoted,providinggudanceforintegratinggasroots Party building work with academic endeavors in colleges and universities in this new era.

为深入推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程,加强新形势下高校教师党支部建设,进一步推进高校基层党支部建设的制度化、规范化、科学化,2017年8月,《中共教育部党组关于加强新形势下高校教师党支部建设的意见》正式提出实施高校教师党支部书记“双带头人"培育工程,所谓"双带头人”,意为既是党建带头人,又是学术带头人。(剩余7414字)
