Abstract:Theuseof ultra-high resolution mass spectrometryforhigh throughputqualiativeandquantitativeanalysishas becomethemainstreammeansofproteomicsresearch.Inordertofillthevacancyof proteomicsinundergraduateexperimental textbookandexperimentalteaching，onthebasisofanalyzingthedificultyofaplyingultra-high-resolutionmasspectrometerin undergraduatebiologyteaching，aseriesof measureshavebentaken，suchasfocusingontheconstructionofexperimental textbook，enriching courseresources，adoptingdiversfiedteachingmethodssuchasonlineandoflinehybrid,expanding extracurricularpracticalactivities，andoptimizingthescientifictrainingsystem.Thestudyachievestheteachinggoalofguiding studentstoanalyzethecomposition，expressonlevelandmodificationstateofproteinsfromthewholeperspective，anddoes exploratory practice for training top innovative talents in biology.
