Abstract:Theuseof ultra-high resolution mass spectrometryforhigh throughputqualiativeandquantitativeanalysishas becomethemainstreammeansofproteomicsresearch.Inordertofillthevacancyof proteomicsinundergraduateexperimental textbookandexperimentalteaching,onthebasisofanalyzingthedificultyofaplyingultra-high-resolutionmasspectrometerin undergraduatebiologyteaching,aseriesof measureshavebentaken,suchasfocusingontheconstructionofexperimental textbook,enriching courseresources,adoptingdiversfiedteachingmethodssuchasonlineandoflinehybrid,expanding extracurricularpracticalactivities,andoptimizingthescientifictrainingsystem.Thestudyachievestheteachinggoalofguiding studentstoanalyzethecomposition,expressonlevelandmodificationstateofproteinsfromthewholeperspective,anddoes exploratory practice for training top innovative talents in biology.
